BMX or Freeride HT MTB?!?!?

I live close to a skatepark, I also live close to trails. Which should I go for. A new mtb or a new bmx. I’ve never bmx before and it seems fun with all the tricks. But on a freeride park mtb I can go to the park too but just not as easy to do the tricks because of the weight.

I mainly do urban and some trails. I have my iron horse for trails. Should I go for a bmx or Specialized P.1, which is a park bike also a trail bike.
